Worked with a SaaS automation platform, Cisco ServiceGrid/Xylem, to complete ITSM Integration projects between cross-functional teams and external customers. Responsible for the entire PM and SDLC with customers and internal teams, QA for Continuous Integration on Xylem API Platform, and Automation enhancements. Took on additional roles as a Mentor/Trainer and Process Engineer.
